God further instructed Pastor Whittley to return to Clarksville, TN/Fort Campbell, KY to both retire from the U.S. Army and begin the ministry of Christian House of Praise, with the mission to bring purpose and promise into the hearts of individuals, naturally and spiritually, as well as hope and help to those in need. He and his wife shared this great news with Pastor Charles and Lady Allison, who gave their blessing. It was August 2, 2016, that Christian House of Praise of Middle Tennessee (MiT), also fondly known as “CHOP” & “CHOPMiT” was founded and became covenant connected with Covenant Connections International, Copperas Cove, TX founded by the late Chief Apostle & Senior Bishop Nathaniel Holcomb.
